The ChiLabSkills for Life” program is an eight-module training strategy which aims to teach people new habits for work and life, as well as addressing specific areas of potential weakness. The modules can be taken separately or as a total program. Areas such as Creativity and Communication Skills, for example, can each form a one module course, but the primary section on Changing Habits is recommended for all as the base from which to build.

ChiLab has already tailored courses for specific industries – notably the logistics industry – and this is indicative of the flexibility of the training strategy, as well as the inherent value of all of the work it contains.

Change is important to so many people.

“How can I do that (whatever it is) better?”
“How can I be a more effective communicator and leader?”
“How can I manage my time and achieve a good work/life balance?”
“How can I change my eating and exercise habits and become more healthy?”

Participants are taught to think “smarter”, to be more creative and to find better ways to respond to life’s daily challenges. They are also given specifics in a large number of areas so that they know how to handle difficult or challenging situaiotns.

It is a fact that most people would like to change one of more aspects of the way they do things. It might be for work or personal reasons. Most training and most of the books written about the subject of personal development tell us what to change.

They don’t tell us how to change.

ChiLab’s Skills for Life program does, and that is the key to its success and the success of all who participate in the program.

Change your habits, change your life – it starts here.
