“I will pay more for the ability to be able to get along with people than any other ability.”

Emotional Intelligence is now regarded as the primary marker for potential employment as employers realize that Intelligence Quotient and Skill Set are not enough in assessing applicant suitability.  In this module all aspects of Emotional Intelligence are covered from the areas of individual personal competence to the understanding required for successful social and business interaction.

The ChiLab Emotional Intelligence Matrix is used as the base for learning, together with myriad examples and case studies from real life situations.

Most people go through life without ever really considering how their emotions are directing the course of events and how that direction can be altered markedly by bringing a more intelligent approach to those emotions.  This module adresses that situation and is designed to induce a total perspective change in this area resulting in a far better balanced outlook to personal habits and responses, as well as social interaction.

Importantly, each participant has the opportunity to discover strengths and weaknesses yet, due to the training style and technology employed, personal privacy is maintained.
