“Begin with the end in mind”
-Steven Covey MODULE SEVEN.jpg

Some sort of personal direction is required in life to ensure things are accomplished.  This module outlines a series of methods of establishing and maintaining that personal direction.

Here the aim is take away what can often be a directionless “wishing” path through life and replace it with a clearly defined set of practices and habits which ensure that the “end in mind” is the goal or series of goals achieved.

Covey also said that all things are created twice – first in our minds and then as we work to bring them into existence.  This module provides the bridge between those two creations.

TOPICS include:

  • Personal Belief System
  • Manage Yourself, Manage OthersBalance of Life.jpg
  • Setting achievable Goals
  • Steps along the way
  • Maximizing use of personal time
  • Prioritizing
  • Importance of Flexibility
  • Work/Life Balance

OBJECTIVES:

On completion of this module, participants are expected to:

  • Understand the process of achievement – that it is necessary to have a clear focus on the “end” and to apply various personal management techniques to achieve targets and goals.
  • Have developed a clear strategy for best use of time which takes into account not only priorities but also the means of not allowing a build-up of urgent tasks.
  • Have clear views of the Work/Life balance and why it is so important to ensure this balance is sensibly maintained.
