The principles of outstanding leadership are not simply useful for those in charge of a large number of people.  Each of only two people working together can exhibit leadership qualities which will result in far better outcomes.

This module covers all aspects of modern, principle-based, quality leadership, including the concepts of Connected Leadership and Resonance.  During this session, participants will see that the elements of leadership are underpinned by some of the work from other modules such as creativity, emotional intelligence and communication skills.

  • Understand how to successfully lead a team of people towards specified objectives
  • Know how vital and in which ways the elements of Emotional Intelligence impact all aspects of leadership
  • Understand the six basic leadership styles, their strengths and weaknesses
  • Understand the concept of Resonant Leadership
  • Know how to choose the right people for any specific project and understand the differences in leading people from different generations
  • Have developed an extensive range of tools for handling a variety of leadership situations
